Chocoholics assemble! Discover the art of chocolate decorating on this silky-smooth chocolate-making workshop. Master Chocolatiers will lead your experience, and to start the session, you’ll be given a brief history of chocolate making and the processes used from bean to bar! 

You’ll then sample unusual tasters, such as 100% pure chocolate and raw cocoa nibs. The different textures and flavours will really tickle the taste buds! Next, you’ll start your decorating. You’ll first design a giant chocolate button, using dipping forks to create a gorgeous marble effect, just like the professionals do. Then, you’ll try your hand at some fresh truffle making.

The rest of the session will be spent sculpting, cutting and making edible works of art using milk chocolate, fudge, dark chocolate ganache and bowls of thick, dripping, melted chocolate. By the time you go home, you’ll have around 15 different treats that you’ve made to take with you, along with your tasty giant button. Now, you can take these home and give them to your loved ones if you’d like, but our recommendation is taking some nice pictures and keeping every last one for yourself!
