Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer reliable, fully tracked delivery across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Depending on the time of day you place your order and your delivery address, it will be dispatched that same day and arrive the next day. We will strive to process orders on the same day. 

If after 4 weeks you do not receive your item, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you entered the correct information on the checkout page. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the postal carrier.

For International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, fees, tariffs, or any other government fees, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other issues. Please check with your home country’s policies in regard to taxes/duties.
