Zotter chocolates are bean-to-bar, organic, Fairtrade, and utterly delicious, with many of the Labooko single-origin bars winning awards for their finely tuned flavour profiles. Zotter is an Austrian chocolate manufacturer established in 1987, or at least that is when Josef Zotter began making chocolates in the back room of his confectionery business.

Zotter today manufactures one of the widest product ranges we have seen, from their indulgent 'Filled chocolate bars' through to nougat, cocoa nibs, drinking chocolate, specialities, and, of course, single-origin chocolate bars.

Zotter has grown considerably in a relatively short space of time in both product range and ambition and boasts shops across the globe and even operates a 66-acre adventure farm, including an organic restaurant and theatre. We are proud to include Zotter within our collection as their chocolate and ethics are top class.
