MONIN Dark Chocolate Sauce captures the rich, velvety and luxurious notes of dark chocolate. Chocolates origins are traceable back to 1900BC. Evidence exists if a chocolate beverage being produced in central America. The Mayans and Aztecs held chocolate in exceptionally high regard in their cultures. MONIN Dark Chocolate Sauce adds an indulgent touch to many varied beverages from coffees, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.

Sugar, water, low fat cocoa powder (11%), cocoa mass, acid: E334, natural flavouring, emulsifier : E471, preservative: potassium sorbate, salt. Chocolate content : 20%.

Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
